Process Overview

The Archer Assay Designer allows you to design a tailored DNA or RNA panel to detect fusions, SNVs, and Indels in genes relevant to your research. Start by uploading target lists, or choose targets of interest from a gene-based search tool. The proprietary primer-design software will select appropriate primers with optimized Tm ranges while eliminating mispriming events. Create your own list of targets, preview your design in the genome browser, review the coverage report, checkout and receive the primers in 3–4 weeks.
